Shipping : We ship the orders within 5-7 working days from the day of the order. We use our delivery partners to send you the package.
Returns: For full-price and reduced price merchandise: You may return unused products, with all price tags intact, within 5 days of order delivery. The user needs to send an email to support@houseofclaire.com to initiate returns with details of why the product is returned.
Our support staff will verify the return request and upon confirmation of a valid return, pick-up of the package will be scheduled. Please read the Returns Policy before placing your order.
Exclusions from the return policy:
All products cannot be returned. The list of products that cannot be returned are:

- Perfumes, personal and beauty care or other beauty consumables
- Products that have been used or tampered
- Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning
- Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually
